			WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON JEWELRY? A return MUST FIRST BE REQUESTED before an item is able to be returned. Or, you can simply email us at April@bodhicollection.com with the order number and we will email you back. If the item is approved for return you will be sent a RETURN CODE to use in mailing the jewelry back to Bodhi Collection. Returns sent without a return code will only be eligible for store credit. Every item must be issued a RETURN CODE. If a piece of jewelry is unworn and in its original packaging, you have 14 days from when the piece is received to request a refund, and for us to receive the piece back! Credit card refunds will be for the amount of the piece minus the charge of shipping ($10 for domestic shipping, $15 or $25 for express shipping and $20 for International shipping) A store credit can instead be requested for the full amount of purchase. The return code number must be on outside of box) HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? We want it to be easy and affordable to shop at Bodhi Collection! Our shipping prices just cover our cost to ship, and allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. We use the Post Office and UPS to make it easier for you. Just choose your method of shipping and the cost is added in. Do note that only some options will automatically generate tracking information. We recommend one of these methods to ensure speedy and safe delivery of your precious cargo. AIR via UPS for $15. FOR PURCHASES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES: Shipping costs vary and we share this cost with you. Most shipments to the UK, Austrialia, Japan, and Canada are $35.00, so that we may insure them and assure their safe arrival! DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS? Yes! If you have a credit card that can be used in the United States, you can order directly from the website. Sales tax is charged to those residing in Florida ONLY. There is NO SALES TAX for orders outside of Florida. IS GIFT WRAPPING AVAILABLE? Yes! All of our orders are beautifully and uniquely hand-wrapped ! We would also be happy to include a card with a message from you to the lucky recipient if you are sending a gift somewhere else. Just include the note in the comments section of your order or email us at: April@bodhicollection.com IS EVERY ITEM IN STOCK? We try to keep great inventory and lots and lots on hand, but some pieces get so popular they need to be ordered. We will personally notify you of any delay. Some pieces may have a 2 week wait. But we do not charge until we ship, and it is always worth the wait!
